Tapestry in the Bahamas
We’ve been living aboard full time for nine years. In that time, we’ve traveled from the Bahamas to Nova Scotia and the Canadian Maritimes.
Our home, “Tapestry”, is a Krogen 58 that we named after the Carol King song. The first verse of that song reflects the way we feel about the cruising lifestyle.
When we first moved aboard, we brought with us our then 8 year old West Highland White Terrier “Andy”. Better crew you could not have.

After four years, with broken hearts, we had to put him to sleep. Still, we keep him as a permanent member on the crew list where he’ll serve a role model for the latest addition to the family “Piper” – a Westie girl.
